The neighborhood

The municipality of Arta is full of charming places starting with its virgin beaches and coves with fine white sand, many of them only accessible by dirt roads and walking through the mountains of the area. Place full of Mallorcan culture and history.

Getting around

It is necessary to have a car to get to the house and to be able to move to the different places in the environment.
Public transport (Bus) reaches the town of Arta, 1.5km from the house more or less.
There is private parking available for several vehicles within the property.

The house does not have air conditioning.
