House built on 2 floors with a spacious living room equipped with air conditioning / heating, Internet / Wifi connection, national / satellite TV, dining table for up to 10 people and a large sofa + 1 armchair for about 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen with all the basics and necessary to cook during the holidays. There is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron / ironing board and clothes line. Three bathrooms, 2 of them with a bathtub, 1 with a newly renovated shower, one of the bathrooms en suite.
The exterior consists of a large 40 m2 porch with a sofa for 5-6 seats, private pool, garden, a fixed barbecue, games area + ping pong table, outdoor shower + sun loungers and a table to enjoy meals in the open air. free. There is private and protected parking inside the garage for up to 2 cars.

The neighborhood

Sa Coma is a tourist area located between S'illot and Cala Millor with a beautiful beach of fine white sand about 800 meters long. Between Cala Millor and Sa Coma is the protected area of ​​Punta de N'Amer where you can take an excursion to the tip and where we will find an old castle from the 17th century. The excursion can be done on foot, by bicycle, on horseback or it is also possible to arrive by car from Cala Millor.
Sa Coma is connected to the nearby towns by a bicycle lane, ideal for discovering the surroundings and visiting the different beaches and coves that the eastern area of ​​Mallorca offers. With the possibility of carrying out activities of all kinds, the Levante area becomes one of the favorites for many of our visitors.

Getting around

It is not strictly necessary to have a car, the bus / taxi public transport stop is about 5 minutes walking from the house.
