The space
House built on 2 floors with a large porch that covers the entire front of the house. Upon entering the house we find the living room connected to the kitchen by an American bar, equipped with national television, Internet / Wifi, air conditioning with heat and cold pump, 2 sofas and the dining area with table and chairs. 6 seats.
In the kitchen we can find all the basic and necessary to cook during the stay, such as: Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, etc.
There are 3 bedrooms, two of them located on the first floor with views of the countryside and equipped with 2 single beds of 90x2.00m, air conditioning with hot / cold pump and the other bedroom located on the ground floor with 2 single beds, air conditioning and electric radiator.
It has 2 bathrooms, one located on the first floor between the 2 bedrooms and the other on the ground floor in the common area, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The large porch area stands out in this villa, equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
The exterior has a pool of about 4x5 meters surrounded by artificial grass and next to it a play area for the little ones.
It also has a fixed outdoor charcoal barbecue, ping pong table and a basketball court.
In this wonderful villa you can experience a magnificent vacation both with family and with a group of friends.

The neighborhood
House located about 500 meters from Porto Cristo in the countryside in a very quiet situation and next to the Es Turó de Ses Alzines Restaurant, which makes typical Mallorcan meals and has a swimming pool and games for children. A few minutes by car we find several coves and beaches with white / fine sand, there is also a bicycle lane near the house that connects with the different nearby places in the environment such as Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, S'illot, etc.
It is a wonderful village where you can live an extraordinary vacation, while you can visit several important tourist attractions such as the Cuevas del Drach, the Cuevas dels Hams, the Rafael Nadal tennis academy, or the natural parks of Cala Mondragó or Es Trenc. With the possibility of doing all kinds of activities, this place becomes one of the favorites for many of our visitors.
Getting around
It is recommended to come in your own car since the closest bus stop is about 1km away. In the house there is room to park 1 to 2 vehicles.
